Tate Siemer is our CEO and visionary. He has a deep passion for improving and operating apartment communities in such a way that maximizes well-being and highest interests of the communities’ residents and Greenlight’s passive investors.

In order to provide solid, consistent returns to investors and maximum benefit to residents, Tate and team acquire and operate clean, safe, progressive communities that promote affordability and thriving living environments. Tate is the creator and host of “Multifamily Octane Coaching Mastermind” and coaches elite entrepreneurs on how to invest in commercial multifamily real estate. He is also the creator and host of “The Apartment Gurus Podcast”, a deep-dive, interview-based forum designed to serve the real estate investor community. His other company, SyndicationTech, has developed “InvestorOCTANE Tools”, a complete business operations and communications software platform specific to commercial real estate syndicators.

Tate’s other passions include big-mountain skiing, mountain biking, music, and camping with his dog, Joey.

Terry Bailey

Terry Bailey is our Managing Partner and Director of Investor Relations He is driven by his first-hand knowledge of the many benefits that passive investors can experience in the commercial multifamily space. He is passionate about the syndication model which allows passive investors to partake in all of the good that real estate has to offer without the difficulties that come from being a landlord.

Terry got his start in real estate at a very young age. His father owns and operates a portfolio of 120 residential assets that consist of 2-4 units. At the age of 8 years old, he started accompanying the managers and contractors that served those properties and began learning the intricacies of operations: tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, and adding value through physical and operational improvements. By the age of 18, he was working full-time in property management, with the specialty of improving and the systems and processes to a more up to date and efficient system.

After experiencing the power of real estate investing, Terry became a Realtor and began serving investors in their acquisitions, operations, and dispositions. In 5 years he assisted dozens of investors in the acquisition and sale of over 200 properties.

While assisting his clients Terry also purchased and operated a portfolio of residential assets totalling over $4M in value. After meeting Tate in a mastermind, Terry began syncing up with the multifamily model and joined Greenlight in 2023 in his current role as Director of Investor Relations.

David Johnson

David Johnson is a vital member of our acquisitions team, where he excels in deal analysis and underwriting. Currently pursuing a finance degree at Brigham Young University, David seamlessly applies his academic knowledge to his professional role, contributing fresh insights and analytical skills to our investment strategies.

His academic focus on finance, combined with his natural aptitude for numbers, allows David to navigate complex financial models and identify promising investment opportunities. Colleagues value his ability to break down intricate financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.

Beyond his professional and academic pursuits, David is an accomplished athlete, competing in soccer at a high level. This athletic background has honed his teamwork, leadership, and performance under pressure - qualities that translate effectively into his work in acquisitions.

David's unique blend of financial acumen, competitive spirit, and youthful energy makes him an invaluable asset to our team. As he continues to grow both academically and professionally, David is poised to make significant contributions to our company's success and emerge as a future leader in the finance industry.

Adam Angus

Adam Angus is an Executive Assistant based in the Philippines, serving as the backbone of the company's structure. A 2019 graduate of the Adventist University of the Philippines, Adam brings a fresh perspective to his role, which primarily focuses on social media management.

As the driving force behind the company's digital presence, Adam expertly crafts and implements social media strategies that boost engagement and brand awareness. His educational background, combined with his organizational prowess and digital expertise, makes him an invaluable asset. Operating remotely, he ensures smooth company operations and drives growth through his multifaceted contributions to the team.

In addition, Adam is multilingual, enhancing his ability to connect with diverse audiences and navigate global markets effectively.
